Some businesses have their busy period before Christmas. The good ones started planning for this over six months ago. The great ones started planning for this more than a year ago. Many however have no plan at all!
Some businesses will have their busiest times just after Christmas, and are actually a little bit quiet right now. It is great to chat to businesses that are using that time to set up for a fantastic 2012.
