As a Trainee Real Estate Property Manager you will be responsible for the managment of rental properties on behalf of the owners by, drawing up leases, handling finances and maintenance, advertising vacant premises, arranging property inspections, and choosing suitable tenants in consultation with the property owner.

Trainee will be required to use small plant and equipment, use a variety of hand and power tools, check levels using various types of levelling instruments and equipment, compact construction materials, undertake manual excavations and tasks, carryout concreting work, handle construction materials, identify locate and protect underground services, control traffic and interpret drawings and specifications.
